HO Lawfirm was established in 2015 by a distinguished group of legal professionals and experts, including General Ashraf Omara, Mr. Mohamed Ashraf Omara, and Mr. Hisham Sobhy.
Since its inception, HO Lawfirm has managed numerous high-profile cases that have garnered widespread attention both locally and internationally.
The firm has also represented prominent public figures and esteemed entities, whether individuals or institutions, across various fields within Egypt and beyond.
The firm’s name was inspired by the initials of its founders, with the letter "H" representing Mr. Hisham Sobhy and the letter "O" symbolizing the Omara family.
Renowned for its unwavering commitment to excellence, integrity, and client-focused service, HO Lawfirm has established itself as a leader in the legal profession, building a reputation rooted in trust and outstanding achievement.
Since humanity was created and societies began to form, these societies have been built on legal rules that regulate human relations between the individual and society through laws that are considered the basis for organizing life among peoples.
Sociologists define a group as an organized body of individuals, meaning that order is a fundamental pillar for its establishment. Order is the conduct of affairs correctly, in a steady and stable manner. This cannot be achieved unless there are general rules that all individuals must abide by and respect, even if it is necessary to use coercive force when necessary to implement these rules.
From here, the idea of law emerged. Believing in this, the year 2010 is the actual date of the establishment of HO Lawfirm for legal consultations and advocacy to carry out all legal work in all its specializations and before all types of courts and at various levels, whether before the ordinary judiciary, the administrative judiciary, or the military judiciary.
Based on a common vision of the founding partners and on the achievements of the members and their rich record and experiences, the partners aspire to make HO Lawfirm one of the best law firms in the Arab region, using in this the strict adherence to a set of values and principles that are unyielding and that define our identity and professional culture.
We are also proud of the good reputation that HO Lawfirm has gained in the corridors of the Egyptian courts, as well as Arab and international companies, and the most prominent of what was said about us is the formation of a dedicated team for each client that includes lawyers who we believe will be the most suitable to provide advice to each specific client.

From this standpoint, we focus our attention on providing all legal and advocacy services, representing our agents and clients from companies and organizations, with our full commitment to the rules and ethics of the legal profession in accordance with the Egyptian Advocacy Law, and by applying international quality standards.
02. Goal & Objective
We set before our eyes the goal and objective of our work, which is to work to achieve justice and protect the rights of our clients and to pay attention to their issues with transparency and communication with them in all stages of work to inform them of any developments in accordance with the principles and ethics of the legal profession.
03. Continuous work
HO Lawfirm is also characterized by continuous work in the office during the twenty-four hours without holidays, whether official or unofficial, in emergency cases, and in normal cases, HO Lawfirm provides its services daily during the morning period from ten o'clock in the morning until four o'clock in the afternoon, except for Fridays and Saturdays, and during the evening period daily from six o'clock in the evening until eleven o'clock in the evening, except for Thursdays and Fridays.
04. Electronic System
We also hope to expedite the completion of HO Lawfirm's electronic system, which allows clients to obtain legal advice through the website. Clients can also, through their username and password, access all documents and procedures related to the progress of their cases, in addition to the possibility of paying all expenses and fees through bank transfers using the electronic system."
In the next stage, we look forward to completing the mechanization of all client dealings with HO Lawfirm to ensure the confidentiality of information and the speed of its exchange between clients and members of the office.
We believe in what was stated by our honorable professor, the late Dr. Abdul Razzaq Al-Sanhouri, one of the leading figures of jurisprudence and law in the Arab world, that "Advocacy is the art of argument, debate, proof, and persuasion...
